Here's the thing: I love SP. I love all the trackers, but I would like to make a suggestion. On the fitness tracker, when you track strength training, you get absolutely no credit for it in your minutes or calories burned. This really bothers me. I know that many are in agreement that we NEED to see those minutes, and to see the added calories burned would be wonderful, too!
I know that I, among many other Sparkers, would be greatly more motivated to do strength training exercise if we actually felt like it was being accounted for. I LOVE SP and appreciate all you do. I just wanted to make the suggestion.
I liked playing field hockey and lacrosse in high school, and since I still have my equipment, it's easy to add 5-15 minutes of playing the sport to the end of my work out time for something fun and a little added calorie burning! 345
Just 5 minutes of playing field hockey (hitting the ball around my yard and chasing after it), burns off 94 calories! I'm hoping that as I continue to lose weight I will soon be in well enough shape to join a local team.
