Don't let your mind rob your body of a good workout. Stop making excuses on why I should skip the gym. Headache, Too tired, or I just don't feel like it. None of these excuses will make you look better in that bathing suit. So work extra hard on these days to show your body who is in charge!

Seriously this works every time. If I just don't feel like hitting the GYM I tell myself, "I'm just going to walk or do 10 minutes". Toss on your work out clothes and shoes & go out the door. I hit the gym and I am always excited that I pull through and do an amazing workout/run. I am NEVER beating myself up for going only if I don't at all!

Get up an hour early and get moving. You can go to the gym or go for a run...whatever suits you. Try to prep anything you need the night before (pack your gym bag, organize the clothes you're wearing the following day, put out a quick morning snack).
