I work from home, so I have to be sitting at least 8 hours a day in front of the computer. I have found several short songs with a very quick beat that work well when I have a moment to hope up and walk, sidesteps, or jog in place. I turn and look out the window or door to refocus my eyes. I sit back down feeling refreshed.

While watching tv, rather then sitting back and getting too comfy I sit on my sofa and use my hand weights while watching tv, its really fun and if your really into watching something you kinda forget about it and afterwards it makes me feel like i accomplished some exercise while watching tv!104
At work I need to get up and take a restroom break a few times a day. Once I get up out of my chair I use it as a reminder to do some walking around at a quick pace before sitting back down. a quick 10 minute walk gets in some of my 10,000 daily steps and gets me energized for what I need to do next.
