  • I needed to read this secret especially when I weighed in this week and I was 4 ounces down. That's less that 1/2 a pound. My husband reminded me, a loss is a loss. Thanks for submitting this statement!

  • What a fabulous way to 'see' those small accomplishments. Very motivational and a fabulous way to view those small incremental steps forward. Thank You! emoticon - by MERRYBH
  • I agree. I learned this at Weight Watchers and try to always give myself credit for losing. No matter how small the amount it. I really helps to visualize the amount you lost as butter - very effective.

  • This is so important to remind ourselves. Especially when you feel like you have tons of weight to lose and it seems like it can take forever to get there. Every little bit helps. Even maintaining or losing the smallest amount is better than a gain of any amount! emoticon - by ITSINTHESTARS1
