    This is a great idea and one I use when trying to get rid of tension! Depending on my mood I will put on something upbeat/loud and dance out my frustration! To help get a nice sweat I add in hand weights. So as I am slinging my body around my living-room like a fool to the beat of the music I am working up a great sweat as well as taken out some much needed tense!

    Sounds like a wonderful idea for me! I used to do this all the time when I was single with no dependents, now the tv is on all the time and I don't do this much anymore! Maybe I can get everyone else on board and get those darned tvs turned off because I HATE them!

    Yes, when I'm doing chores I like to turn on the music. That helps to take my mind off of the chore, keeps me motivated and burns a few calories!
