You know what red-letter foods are: the ones that - if they are opened you will eat them all, or until you throw up, just because they are the foods or snacks you love....for whatever reason!
One of my red-letter foods are M&Ms...plain, peanut, all kinds. Soooo...I need them so I have figured out a way to enjoy them and then go on with my life with a smile on my face. Buy the small bags and eat the whole thing! It tells my brain that I ate the whole bag but I didn't sabatoge my diet!
