    It's amazing how well it works for keeping us accountable and on target.

    This is my baseline strategy. I have to make sure I measure too. Tracking by estimation will lead to 100 to 200 calories under.

    Good to see another person of my same mindset. Keeping track of of nutrition and fitness activities helps keep me motivated. I hate when, I'm on a successful string, to have a bad day. Keeps me motivated to be consistent, which leads to a successful life style change.
