Longer Songs First

I listen to my ipod when I workout & I've found that listening to longer songs (4+ mins) at the beginning of the workout & shorter songs (2-3 mins) at the end really helps. If I listen to long songs @ the end when my energy is zapped, it seems like they go on FOREVER & the workout will never end!

    I totally agree. Additionally, I know where I am in my workout by what song is on. It helps to remind me to push it out until the end, especially when I put a really poppy song at the end.
