8.  Use it Or Lose It
Build a lifetime of healthy habits by applying what you learned to another Upward Spiral. Habit building and improving your life are skills that are learned just like any other. You've spent weeks going through this 8-Step Plan and learning what it takes to make it all happen. Why not use it? You know the roadblocks, the opportunities, some quick strategies, the mistakes you won't make again. With all this new knowledge and experience, goals in other areas of your life don't stand a chance. Circle back to Step 1 and create a Fast Break for another big goal. It may feel like starting over, but you're really just taking the next step.
