Had a nice 1 hr. walk with my daughter-in-law instead of working out at the fitness center. It was a great way to end my day.

My small step is paring further away in parking lots and trying to do some stair climbing at work, making my building a walk lap source for activity.

Force myself on to my recumbent bike everyday. Do not like it but physically unable to go for a walk which I would love to do.

So the question I get off my butt and get active and feel great or do I sit and binge while watching tv and feel like crap? Hmm the choice seems pretty obvious and yet I still have to ask myself the same question everyday.

I started walking yesterday - just 3 laps around my local track, but it was a start. Planning on another 3 tonight. Walking with my best friend makes it much more pleasurable, Hope she and I can continue on this journey. It will be fun to track the time, steps and eventually miles.
