Sometimes, therapy is necessary to work through big issues that you can't tackle alone. But when it comes to the smaller stuff, pounding out your problems on the pavement or in the weight room can do a world of good! The next time you're facing a problem in your life, get moving--it will help you sort through the issue and think with a clearer head.

It sure used to be! I used to work in my garden, hoeing and raking with a vengeance, getting rid of all my worries and anger; however, now, the arthritis and pain keep me from doing any gardening! Of course, too much shade is also a problem because our yard is so overgrown now that I'm not out there trimming all the bushes, etc. The only exercise I get these days is the strength exercises that I do for physical theraphy and hopefully, will be able to get out there to do some gardening and yard work again when I don't need a cane to get around. At least for this year, I'll have to settle for buying from my local organic farm. (my cousins') One of my other goals is to be able to go for a walk, I really miss walking here in the country.
