  • This isn't as easy as it looks. Who can do this if they have any weight to lose, like me. If you are going to show exercises make sure that they are for beginners because this one is certainly not for beginners as it claims to be. - 10/3/2015 8:08:07 PM

  • I tried this video. Although I couldn't do all of the moves I thought it was cool to see different exercises than normal. However, it was a bit discouraging because I am not all that flexible. I think I would come back to this workout after I have lost more weight and gained some flexibility. Today it wasn't empowering to finish it at all. - 8/27/2015 11:56:40 AM
