  • For someone with a bad back, this workout is not possible without hurting it more. - 11/13/2015 5:05:41 AM
  • On the 28 day Challenge, this was the only workout I found IMPOSSIBLE to do even when trying to modify the "modified" version. I so want to see those ladies strap on 50-100 pounds of weight (with corresponding girth) and do these exercises. - 11/13/2015 12:38:42 AM
  • This was harder than difficult. A person would have to be in supreme physical shape, not to mention younger than 35. Why is it included in a challenge that is basically "moderate" with all other days? I would feel like I failed if I hadn't done other core work for the same amount of time. - 11/11/2015 9:57:32 PM
  • Found it very heart for a senior donald - 11/7/2015 12:04:37 PM
  • too fast...nothing beginner about this but I pushed through as best I could :/ - 11/5/2015 3:23:43 PM
  • I love how she shows the modified version! Can't wait to try this in the morning. I'm sure I'll have to modify even more, but hey - if it was easy, what would be the point? - 10/12/2015 7:58:03 PM
  • This isn't as easy as it looks. Who can do this if they have any weight to lose, like me. If you are going to show exercises make sure that they are for beginners because this one is certainly not for beginners as it claims to be. - 10/3/2015 8:08:07 PM
  • Oh my! Thanks for the laugh! I'm thinking only somebody that doesn't have weight to lose and is flexible will get through this routine! I did enjoy watching after the first few minutes! haha - 9/28/2015 8:49:46 PM
  • I tried this video. Although I couldn't do all of the moves I thought it was cool to see different exercises than normal. However, it was a bit discouraging because I am not all that flexible. I think I would come back to this workout after I have lost more weight and gained some flexibility. Today it wasn't empowering to finish it at all. - 8/27/2015 11:56:40 AM
  • Love this workout even though I'm too out of shape to complete each move properly. Hope to improve soon!! - 8/20/2015 11:34:28 AM
  • Those girls in the videos are ballet dancers. Betcha! - 8/11/2015 1:53:04 PM
  • this is kind of hard and you can really feel it on you stomach but don't know if this is really for me at this time. but tryed it anyway. - 8/10/2015 10:44:55 PM
  • I'm not in really-good-shape but, I do ok enough on this and find it to be a nice workout. - 8/8/2015 6:10:28 AM
  • Video is not working. It just keeps buffering and then leave a blank screen. - 7/31/2015 10:14:44 AM
  • This was a hard workout but fun at the same time i got through it that's all that matters. - 6/3/2015 7:42:09 AM
