  • Daaaaaang. That was crazy. I'm sweating!

    Definitely hard. I couldn't do any of it properly and it was really really fast. But I'm glad! This is one of those workouts you get better each time you do it. I like it this way because I can track my progress by how much better I get.

  • OMG--I hated it! I had the volume as high as it could go, and could barely hear the instructions, which were often said much too fast to catch. I'll stay far away from any "Barre" workouts or any videos with this instructor. I hope this will be taken out of the 28-day challenge in future. - 2/20/2016 10:17:33 PM

  • I'm 78 years young (lol) and I am puffing but I feel good. I managed to follow fairly close to the three ladies in this video....but only for 15 minutes. I'll be back for more another day!
