  • This is a killer workout, but I found the calories burned when I tracked was waaaaay off. Based on my heart rate while working out, I burned twice what SP calculated for the duration. - 4/3/2013 12:05:41 PM
  • First time through, and I survived. Feeling about as graceful as a hippo, but I survived. It's great! - 4/1/2013 4:20:17 PM
  • I should've read the description a little better, this kicked my tail end. Though, I loved this workout. The balancing parts were hard for me, but I still enjoyed it.

  • Looking forward to trying this one. As for the commercials, I mute my computer while the commercial plays and if I am planning to workout with the video, I use the commercial time to get ready. You can always stop and start the video if you need to go back.
The commercials is what keep SP free, so I just deal with them the best i can. - 3/26/2013 10:18:25 PM
  • I'm so weirded out by the outfits and corny music, it's hard to concentrate. - 3/8/2013 1:56:20 PM

  • I understand the need to advertise but now I can't put your videos on in the day for fear of my kids having nightmares from a one minute commercial.

I would love to do this workout but your advertisement for that movie is awful and there is no way to turn it off.
I am very disappointed that that kind of movie which is not pg has to be viewed in order to do your workout. Is there really no way to be able to cancel out of the ad after 3 seconds?
Please help I like this site but I am very upset that my kids just passed by to go and get something and saw that.
