  • Finally, a work out that even I can do. Spark People generally posts work outs that I can't do at my age and with my disabilities. I wish Spark People would show work outs with an instructor leading much heavier people, People who really can't walk or run, people with severe arthritis and knee problems. It's one of the reasons I don't follow Spark People much anymore. You can eat right all you want but if you can't exercise you aren't going to lose much. - 9/20/2014 10:54:52 AM

  • Challenged a Spark friend to this and so far we've been doing it. It's a perfect work out for my in between Jazzercise and walk/ jog days. I really like it. Do need to have good balance, and (for me) 5 lbs weights are too heavy for this video (she says that), so I grabbed a couple cans from my pantry and boom.
