  • I bought a pair at a garage sale. Sometimes I work crisis care in Hospice. Many nights I am sitting by the bedside in a chair with the lights low. Of course pt care is my first priority but in those minutes when I have done everything I can, ie repositioning, medicating, comfort measures,
    I find it is a quiet activity to do even sitting that does not disrupt and I can still watch my pt. It helps me stay alert and get some strength/conditio

  • I love my resistance bands......I have one that goes up to 75 lbs. It can be used in a door jam......the space between the door hinge and wall. I also have a small one that I use for back workouts. It is shorter than the normal one. Tony Little makes one that has a bar attached to the bands......Boy does that give you a resistance workout. Just a word to the wise.........chec
