    My favorite snack when I'm nearly out of calories is a sliced up cucumber sprinkled with garlic salt and cayenne pepper. It's crunchy, salty and you get a lot of it for almost no calories. It's my go-to snack when I get hit with the midnight munchies. Report

    This was interesting, but NOT 50 foods and when I clicked the "see more foods" link, I was taken to Womens Day and never found any more foods...??The pictures are very deceptive! The cheese looks like 3/4 of a pound! and when I log my boiled egg it comes out as 90 calories on SP. Report

    I share other people's confusion about the cheese photo! Portion control with CHEESE is a toughie -- especially when cheese is so nutrient-dense(!)--since cheese cubes have no "natural" scale. The scale problem is funny in this photo, but the photographer has unwittingly reproduced a key problem we all encounter with portion control and marketing (er, "serving suggestion" anyone?) . Report

    5 baby carrots are only 17 calories & you can add a small amount of Ranch Dressing for dip to still be way under 100 calories. Report
