great list especially # 100!! I'll add two reasons to my list and also start a streak
101: b/c you invested in a gym membership, which you have to make the most of
102: b/c you just have to provide the initial impulse, momentum does the rest
    LETS DO IT!

I love this list. I rewrote in personal words i.e. I exercise every day and I feel confident, Exercise gives me energy, etc. I shared it on my social media sites.
Then I added: I make the right choice when I exercise and the more I choose right the more right choices I will make in every aspect of my life. - 4/9/2013   4:41:20 PM

This post really motivated me; in fact I'm going to start a 100 day streak. I'm going to use each reason as to why I should exercise for that day. And focus on that reason for that day for 100 days. Today was one of those days when I did not see my reason clear enough so I skipped my morning workout. Then I read the 100 REASONS and now I'm determined to workout after work. - 4/9/2013   2:52:21 PM

    Because I can do this.
I'm new to exercise. I was at the gym the other day, using the recumbent stationary bike on level 3. At 17 mins., I thought I wouldn't make it. Out of nowhere, I heard my real voice quietly telling me, "I'm Sylph in Progress [it was my real name at the time], I can do this. That took me to 30 mins., probably too much for a greatly overweight beginner, but I did it! - 4/9/2013   10:56:12 AM

When one works out consistently on work days, it gives you the strength and energy to do really fun sports on weekends such as snow and water skiing, long-distance hiking and/or biking, and much more. Staying strong and fit makes life more fun than sitting on a couch! - 4/9/2013   8:32:02 AM

My blood pressure was 153/110. After I've been exercising 3 times per week, it is down to 128/82 :) - 4/9/2013   6:58:29 AM

I've said this before and it bears saying again - If I don't feel like working out - it's a sign I really need to work out. If I CAN'T work out - I know it and I know why. I actually apply this maxim to all the stuff I don't 'FEEL' like doing, not just exercise.

Happily, I nearly always want to work out. - 4/9/2013   6:57:38 AM

I ended up with 57, but that is more than enough. I printed the list and now I'm off to the treadmill - 4/9/2013   2:45:17 AM

I enjoyed this list, but I have to disagree with the "cheaper than therapy" claim. At work, there is an employee assistance program where I could get free counseling, but I don't even want to talk about the amount of money I spend on good running shoes every year! :-) - 4/8/2013   12:07:01 PM

I'm going to print this and put it on my fridge! - 4/8/2013   11:56:47 AM

My reason for working out is so that I can help prevent Heart Disease which runs in my family! My Father died of it many years ago and ever since that day, I have been working out religiously! Keep exercising America! - 4/8/2013   8:12:39 AM
