    #12, #71, and #79 are usually the main three reasons that have always motivated me to work out. It's good to have a back-up reason in case one of them doesn't apply on the day I'm trying to skip exercising. However, recently we relocated to Georgia. And searching for a job is depressing.     I've always hated exercise until I joined a zumba class twice a week! That motivates me to go cuz I paid for the class. Not to mention it's just down right fun!

    I'm new to exercise. I was at the gym the other day, using the recumbent stationary bike on level 3. At 17 mins., I thought I wouldn't make it. Out of nowhere, I heard my real voice quietly telling me, "I'm Sylph in Progress [it was my real name at the time], I can do this.
