I'm thinking about it. Usually anything that uses words like "power", "turbo", or "boot camp" to describe it scare me, but I feel like I didn't make any headway this year. One of my goals is to get down to the weight shown on my drivers license (166) before I have to renew my license in 12/2013. Maybe this is what will do it. Report
